When you shop with us, you agree to the following terms.
Please read them before completing your purchase.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, so please review them regularly. The version that applies is the one available at the time of your purchase.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
2. Orders & Payments
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to make a purchase. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example in case of technical errors or suspected misuse.
We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, Swish, and Klarna.
3. Prices & Product Information
All prices are listed in USD.
Heads up, U.S. shoppers!
We’re a small biz based in Sweden, and right now we don’t have a tax presence (“nexus”) in any U.S. state. That means we’re not required to collect sales tax on your order — and we don’t.
So what does that mean for you?
The price you see is what you pay — no extra sales tax added at checkout.
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but cannot guarantee that all information is 100% error-free.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Sweden and EU. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@tidyx.shop, and we’ll help you sort it out.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act.
Products must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us via email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
6. Complaints & Faulty Products
If an item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed deadlines or loss of income, caused by delayed or faulty deliveries.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or viruses.
8. Personal Data
We handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
9. Forbidden Use
You may not use this website for illegal or harmful purposes, such as spreading malware, attempting to hack our systems, or violating laws.
